A two-month voyage circling Australia is being halted in the wake of the fatal incident of an senior female passenger who was left behind by the vessel on a distant tropical isle.

The passenger had been walking on Lizard Island with other travelers from the Coral Adventurer, but separated from the party for a pause. The vessel left without her and returned later that day after the crew discovered the passenger was not present.
